Iphone 6s plus im having problem with message attachment when i send to android phone,i just can send it iphone to iphone, and i search the option in message and it do not appear to send sms or msM

IPhone 6s plus size 16gb i have a problem when im gonna send a picture or attachment message to any android, i does not let me send the attachment and i searched on setting where appear ,message, sms or mms and there are not on the system so i can send the picture to imessage but i cant upload a photo to send android phone
