I have a Plantronics Legend Bluetooth ear device. 90% of the time the audio will switch to “iPhone” instead of staying on “PLT_Legend.” I need my audio to stream through my Bluetooth device when the device is powered on and connected.
Problems: Many times I have to manually press “PLT_Legend” when I make/receive an initial call. The audio will flip to “iPhone” and I have to press “PLT_Legend” again. Very often the audio will switch to “iPhone” in the middle of a call.
I have updated my Plantronics firmware and am on the latest iOS version. I’ve “forgotten” my Plantronics device and re-paired it.
Has anyone else experienced this with their Bluetooth device and know how to fix it? Thank you!
