Hearthstone in-app purchase problem

Hello,

I’ve been trying to make a purchase in an app called Hearthstone, but whenever I try to it’s stuck on the “waiting for authorization screen” and cannot complete the order. I’ve tried contacting the company of the game, and they told me to contact iTunes as the order might be stuck in the system.
