I can remove the apple ID attached to my iPhone **** …can remove this to my  file . another problem  when  text to this number ********** it return to my number 760

I can’t remove this apple ID to my iPhone *********** is attaching to my iPhone , second question when I text to this number **********, is returned to my number,,,how can deliver to that number ..thant you if you can solve my problems .
