I am able to log in to my cloud but am not able to log in or to my iTunes and app store idk what the problem is please help

I change my apple ID password twice already I just got a new IPhone, IPhone 6 to be exact and I had to change my password because I got it wrong the first time and automatically when you get it wrong it blocks it so I had to get a new password and I did so now what I’m trying to do is to log in to ITunes and App store to download some apps but I get a message saying that it cannot connect to ITunes store.

I need to know what is going on please help ASAP.
