When trying to install Windows 7 on my MacBook Pro (mid 2014), I have a problem.
Using Bootcamp Assistant,
1. I partition my 512 SSD drivce creating a 91GB partition for Windows. The partition is successfully created and the MacBook reboots to the Windows Installation disk.
2, I select my BootCamp partition (91GB)
3. I then click on “Drive Option (Advanced), then click on format.
4. I then get the following error:
“Windows cannot be installed to this disk. This computer’s hardware may not support booting to
this disk. Ensure that the disk’s controller is enabled in the computer’s BIOS menu.”
What can I do to fix this so Windows thinks it can boot from this partition?
