Greetings all, extremely astonished as well as apple support. Please for the life of God is anyone else having issues connecting and enabling icloud backup. This all started last Thursday when noticed my last back up was on the 14th, NOTE- no ios update of 9.2.1 until Wednesday. Called Apple Support 2 times after restoring phone to a physical iTunes backup, resetting network settings, tried backing up under 3 different networks -nada zippo. Spent hours with two different techs from Apple and explained they were honestly shocked and could not think of any other steps but to wipe out phone and start clean to see if that is the issue. Oh and did I mention I did delete all backups from my icloud and signed out multiple times. To finally test this issue, before wiping my phone I decided to log in a work ipad with my credentials. I enabled my icloud account on a brand new ipad from work, decided to test there and nada nada same **** issue, Icloud backup failed. I am stoked, is anyone else having issue of this kind. Please inform.
