iPad Mini 4 Problem with RAM on iOS 9.2.1

Im using an App called iRefresh Pro.

Im using it on an iPad Mini 4.

THis app is stating that the iPad Mini 4 ( iOS 9.2.1) is using 1.1 – 1.3 gb RAM with no apps open, double tapping the home button, nothing showing.

( JUST INCASE LAWRENCE WILL BE READING).

I have turned off a lot of features, tweaking for better battery as most of us do.

This App ” iRefresh Pro ” ( which is free ), shows is iPad has 1.9gb RAM available.

I Use this to show me the RAM used when having ‘glitches’ with the Mini 4. Lately I have noticed a few issues. Apps crashing, iTunes won’t fully load. Screen rotation issues, Safari issues. I could go on. When I do view the results of iRefresh Pro, usually I’m at 1.9gb RAM used.

This is about the time I’m seeing the glitches.

Can anyone confirm this for me with your iDevice using iOS 9.2.1? Can you please download the free App and try it on a Mini 4? or something with 2gb RAM?

I DO NOT HAVE ANY AFFILIATION WITH THIS APP OR TRYING TO SELL IT/SPONSER IT!

It is the only app that I know of that does what it does. If you know of any other, please tell

When I don’t swipe away the ‘open Apps’ double tapping the home screen, the RAM usage still shows more than the normal 1.1-1.3gb RAM used.

I am at 1.9 gb RAM used right now. Is there a bug in iOS 9.2.1 That is causing to much RAM usage? This Mini 4 is (lol) only 22 days old!

PS. Battery usage is a tad draining also.

Thanks again:)
