I have two new mac’s with El Capitan, near will save our mail passwords, we have to keep adding it several times a day. Does anyone else had this problem.

Can’t get El Capitan to save our mail passwords, we have to reinstall password several times a day. This is happening on both our iMacs which have factory installed ox El Capitan. Has anyone else had this problem.
