I use iPhone to record voice memos and it causes full memory space . So, I need to download all voice memos files to my mac book pro. I plugged in my phone, iTunes synced some of voice memos files into iTunes, but some were not able to download into Mac. I tried couple time and deleted the files that had been synced into Mac, but when i redo it again, those files came back to my phone. I still cannot download some voice memos files into the Mac.
Who know and give me a suggestion how to do it?
