Itunes 12.3.1.23 problem with CD

Hello everyone,

I have some troubles trying to rip CD using Itunes. I’m using Windows 7 and the latest version of Itunes (12.3.1.23). Here is my problem :

When I put a CD in my computer’s CD player, I have a popup asking me what I want to do with it, and I can choose to play it with Itunes, import it, etc. Whatever I choose, Itunes opens and… I have nothing more. I can’t even see the disk informations. So I runned a diagnosis in Itunes, to see that the disk is detected and can be read.

So, what’s wrong ??? Can someone help me ?

Oh, and I can read CD using other softwares.
