When the black screen, plays music, and then a black screen for about 5 minutes, there is a gray background and a strip of loading at the bottom od apple, then writes “failure code” and three options: 1) The keyboard does not work, 2) forget the ID password, 3) lost password Tom X Lion. I tried all of these options and the laptop still will not turn on. After selecting one of the three options, Computers is to restart after restart black screen, plays music, a black screen is lit 2 minutes and then shuts Computers. What could it be? flew software? or motherboard? what could it be? Help? and where do I go to Moscow? let the phone repair for MAC in Moscow!
