Server Re-start problem

Hi,

When I installed my server I made sure there was a firmware password and file encryption and all of the services are secure in accordance with the apple guidelines.  One problem i have is that when i screen share into it remotely and re-start it after update then it will not restart as it requires the firmware password prior to connecting to the screen share

Is there a solution to that problem
