Problem with Apple Music, leaves white rectangle

So I don’t need Apple Music and all the info it might have about a certain artist from my libraby (and it find it kind of annoying..)

So I went in preferences to block it through parental control (I don’t have a AppleMusic case to untick on the GENERAL tab..) and now I’m left with a white rectangle like this :

which is even more a pain in the ***.

Please, tell me how to get rid of this..Thank you very much !
