Problem with mp4 video file to sync.

Hello everyone

I have a problem syncing a mp4 video file in iTunes.

The file is in mp4 format (3,5GB) and i have chosen the right folder to sync.

But after synchronsation with my iphone or ipad the video file isnt on my devices.

When i try to import the file with drag and drop i have only the possibility to copy a link into my itunes. But this also doesnt work, nothing happens.

ITunes Version: 12.3.1.23

OS Version: Windows 10
