I am based in Nigeria, Good day, Please Help, I was having a carrier problem with my iPhone 4, took it to someone to reset to factory settings, after that, the phone was showing “SIM NOT VALID” I intended using a Nigerian SIM card but it’s not connecting to the carrier. I tried using WiFi but the message I got is”SIM NOT VALID, the sim card that you currently have installed in the iPhone is from a carreir that is not supported under the activation policy that is currently assigned by the activation server. This is not a hardware issue with iPhone. Please insert another sim card from a supported carrier or request that this iPhone be unlocked buy your carrier. Please contact Apple for more information.”
Please help me, what do I do next?
