After about a month of use, the remote control features stopped working. At first, the middle button switched to down-volume and the down-volume switched to up-volume. Then, they stopped working altogether. My software is up to date and trying to reset didn’t help. Any suggestions? This is my second pair after replacing my first pair because they stopped holding a charge. Frustrating.
