I have a iphone 5s and it syncs well with Outlook until yesterday. All of sudden, it does not sync correctly with Outlook contacts and calendar and just remove all of them. I feel devastated.
I think the problem is due to the fact that Microsoft made some changes in @outlook.com, @hotmail and etc, accounts. By requirement I have to remove my hotmail account from Outlook Mail and add it again. After that I notice that there are additional Calendar and Contact (both empty) associated with my hotmail account listed under Outlook Calendar and Contact. These additional Calendar and Contact could cause the confusion during sync. As the result, it cannot find the right Calendar and Contact in Outlook.
I need to solve this urgently and ask for any help on this. Thanks.
