I downloaded the startup Package from the Apple homepage, but it stopped downloading after popping up a message.
” There is a problem with this window installer package. A program require for this install to complete.
Could not be run, Contact your support personnel or package vendor”
Is there anything with my computer?
Mine is HP Paviliion dv6 Windows 7.
I deleted the old version of the iTunes and tried to download this new version, but IT didn’t work at all.
It showed the same message again…
Can some one tell me what is wrong with it?
I am in urgent…After I deleted my iTunes..I don’t even know if I can recover the apps in my new phone…
I can’t use my new phone now…
