hi i am from malaysia.
I got my IP6+ from Maxis(telco service provider) last year march.i brought from them because of good network coverage in malaysia and good customer service. Over the short course of 4 month use my phone gave me isight and camera issue. Since my phone is still under warranty coverage they replace 1 to 1 IP6+ on the spot for me, which make me very happy.
Over for the course of another 7 month using which till this year 1 jan, while trying to do a new update to 9.2 connected to itune. I dont know which part when wrong. Somehow my IP6+ wont response after of 2 hour laying on the table. And i did try to shut it down or reset through itune. No response at all . So i believe is software glitch.
So when back to MAXIS telco to get a replacement. Unfortunately they cannot do anything because they no longer partnership with apple to do service for IPHONE.
So i am divert to another AASC for replacement purpose. Upon arrival i show told them about my phone problem then they check and do a close inspection. Upon inspection they told me that my phone have been tempered/ modified and they cant warranty my phone at all or will have to pay to do the repair. In the same time they also found unknow error and some other error on the Phone.
Since I am so clueless, unexpected , and frustrated because of the issue. Not knowing what actually happen So they ask me go back to my telco to verify the problem. When back to telco. They take a quite look at my phone also confirm my phone has no problem. Then again i go AASC to verify the problem.. So this will be the 3rd journey going to the same place to get the warranty done.
same resulf. No want wanna clain the phone for me. can anyone help me out
